Aimed at European companies (especially small and medium-sized enterprises), the 2-week "Get Ready for Japan" program offers managers a unique opportunity to experience and understand both the cultural and economic elements that define and explain Japan’s business and technological achievements.

This training course consists of a combination of lectures, case studies, role-playing negotiation exercises with Japanese managers, and field trips. The training may also include the opportunity to arrange customized B2B meetings.

The purpose of the training is to:

• Gain a broad understanding of the Japanese business environment, business practices, and personal communication style in Japan to find ways to conduct successful business through partnership relations;
• Become aware of the decision-making process within Japanese companies, thus gaining a better understanding of their negotiation style and hierarchy;
• Provide the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current Japanese clients and facilitate contacts with future clients during individual company meetings: online B2B.

To ensure a high level of personal attention, the number of participants is limited to 14. Therefore, a selection will be made from all applications received.
