We established our presence in the Romanian market in 1993, and since the founding of the company, we have focused on individual expertise, while also encouraging teamwork, innovation, and initiative, with a shared vision of quality standards. Influenced by our clients' needs, in 2008, we decided to expand our range of services from construction design to business development, design, and construction management. Starting our expansion beyond the Romanian market in 2010, we began executing projects in the extended Eastern European region. In early 2014, we expanded our international footprint with significant design execution in Dubai, UAE. Otopeni Swimming Sports Complex The largest complex in Romania hosting national and international competitions, with a capacity of approximately 2,800 spectator seats. The complex covers an area of 7,000 square meters and includes 2 Olympic pools and 4 other pools for training, initiation, and recovery. |

Business Garden Bucharest The office project certified LEED Platinum with the highest score in Romania, with Building A having the third-highest score globally. As the General Designer, Arcadia's responsibilities included all design phases, from concept and approval to detailing and site supervision. |

Continental Timișoara The building was designed to accommodate up to 1,700 places, as well as a full testing and validation area for products developed within the company. The investment in the new building is over 33 million euros, and the total built area exceeds 26,000 square meters. |

IKEA box store and warehouse in Bucharest Arcadia, in its role as the general designer for the new IKEA store in Bucharest, Romania, developed an innovative workflow solution meeting the site's strict schedule and technical requirements. Based on a joint venture agreement with the General Contractor Bog'Art for design and construction, Arcadia was awarded the contract in October 2017 to provide and implement its Japanese Splice Sleeve solution. |

Brașov Olympic Ice Rink Inaugurated in January 2010, the ice rink's beneficiary is the Brașov City Hall, and the entire complex is managed by the Sports and Youth Directorate of Brașov Municipality. The Brașov Olympic Ice Rink is the newest and most modern ice rink in Romania, with a capacity of 1,600 seats and an additional 400 standing places, totaling over 2,000 seats. |
