ZF ANALYSIS: The Intersection of Construction and Technology

In its March 8 edition, Ziarul Financiar published an interview with Mrs. Rodica Lupu, addressing the challenges faced by the construction sector in its transition to digitization, as well as the industry's reluctance to change—a situation reflected in its low ranking within the corresponding European standings.

The increasing influence of artificial intelligence on daily life is also evident in the construction sector, where significant funds have been allocated by industry companies for the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems. These systems aim to facilitate operations on construction sites, alongside other digital technologies and solutions. This trend implicitly necessitates new specializations among employees, testing the sector's adaptability.
