SAIDEL Engineering SA is a private company established in 2011 by a team formed in 2007, specializing in the execution and coordination of geotechnical investigations both in situ and in the laboratory, preparation of geotechnical studies for complex projects, geotechnical design and structural design, technical assistance, consulting, and the execution of special foundation works and construction projects. Since our company's establishment, we have conducted geotechnical investigations, design, and consulting for a considerable number of projects. Our team of engineers has designed and monitored the execution of innovative and pioneering solutions in the field of special foundation construction in Romania, such as: promoting the top-down method, executing the first project using jet-grouting technology, introducing the SDMT geotechnical investigation method, implementing permanent geotechnical monitoring with automatic inclinometers and real-time remote data transmission, designing the foundation and structure for the first wind turbine tower built from prestressed concrete, and the deepest excavation in Bucharest, among others.
During the execution of innovative special foundation technologies designed by us, we continuously provided technical assistance by adapting, improving, and optimizing design solutions in accordance with real-time data obtained from geotechnical and structural monitoring works.

The SAIDEL Engineering team has experience in executing and developing geotechnical studies, design, monitoring, and technical verification and expertise for various projects of particular importance, including buildings with up to seven underground levels and 35 above-ground levels, over 1,000 wind farms in different regions of Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Finland, and Germany. In recent years, we have successfully executed the majority of the foundations for the projects for which we have prepared design documentation.
Many of the results from our projects are reflected in scientific articles and presentations in professional literature, having been awarded by professional associations in the field.
We mention the First Prize for Performance and Quality in Construction Structure Design awarded by AICPS in 2015 for the design and monitoring of the foundation system and deep enclosure for the Bucharest One building, located near the subway galleries, as well as five patent applications registered with OSIM.
