Roller Mills – CET Paroșeni

This product completely replaces chemical anchors and additionally offers major technical and economic advantages:

• It is a mineral product and therefore behaves as a cohesive unit with the concrete to which it is applied.
• It develops high initial and final strengths, with a minimum of 45 N/mm² at 24 hours and a minimum of 70 N/mm² at 28 days.
• It has a controlled volume increase (+0.5% volume).
• It is classified as A1 for fire resistance.
• It withstands a tensile force of 364 kN in just 24 hours (for a 28mm anchor with 600mm anchorage length).
• Application is easy in any working position using any mortar gun or mortar pump.
• It does not require a dry environment or limited humidity.
• Its cost is at least 15 times lower than that of chemical anchors.

Behind the declared performance, EuroGrout® Ankermortel was tested in Romania at UTCB laboratories for securing roller mills at CET Paroșeni by the Japanese company Babcock Hitachi. The results were fully satisfactory! Under tensile stress, the reinforcement secured with EuroGrout® Ankermortel began to yield before any damage to the concrete anchor was observed.
