The event of October 11 in Ploieștia brought together the interested parties in the development of the Roadmap and the National Strategy regarding the Qualification of the Construction Workforce.

The project will revitalize the National Qualifications Platform, updating, supplementing and refining it to respond to the new reality of the construction sector.

The overall goal of the BUS4RoBOOST project is to develop a renewed strategy and roadmap for qualifications in the construction sector, adapted to the requirements of energy efficiency and digitization, which will support the paradigm shift to achieve the targets assumed by Romania for 2030 and 2050 through a process of efficient and reliable renovation of the building stock, as part of the national sustainable development objectives. This desired is feasible, especially based on the lessons learned in the previous stages, by ensuring the availability of the necessary skilled workforce, a critical European issue nowadays at the European level.

Consultations will continue in Iasi in November.
